Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as described below. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan has no cost and no refund applicable. You can cancel at any time by discontinuing use or deleting your account.
3. One-Time Services
For the one-time “Founding Brands” offer (99€ for 5 manually created DPPs): If no work has been started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If work has begun, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions paid upfront may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, minus a processing fee equivalent to one month of the plan. Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at contact@startdpp.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 7 business days. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Exceptions
We may grant refunds outside this policy in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. Each case is evaluated individually.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
